To ensure sustainability, a majority of the designs are fabricated from a single sheet of acrylic and are run through a laser cutter to prevent mistakes in proportions. Each design is sanded, buffed and polished by hand to ensure lasting quality. Eco-friendly? Yes! Spectrum West cast acrylic sheets are lightweight, reducing energy usage and transportation costs; easy to work with, conserving resources and manpower; and low-maintenance, offering extended product life with little or no maintenance. Acrylics minimize mold and reduce contamination with their inherent moisture and air barriers. Spectrum West insures that their acrylic manufacturer actively recycles acrylic. And products are recyclable or may contain recycled content.
